| Onsite 3-5 days per week Alpharetta, Georgia | Product Manager W/ ecommerce website experience 12 Months Contract | Interview: In-person interview (local candidates) Objectives of the Role: - Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.
- Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.
- Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention
Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in product design, technology, or related field
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Experience with web customer onboarding processes
- Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting
- Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
