What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Services Coordinator position at ZealoTech People?
Primary responsibilities / essential functions :
Daily operational support for the site, which may include visitor services, and timely responsiveness to customer requests.
Vendor oversight & facilities management, including coordination of preventative maintenance visits, work order management, and COI maintenance.
Support for space planning, including possible move coordination, space setup and logistics, etc.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
Client support for investment professionals, investment assistants, and high profile visitors.
Shared administrative support for the office, including supply ordering, invoice reconciliation, and support for our Ergonomics and Safety programs.
Qualifications & skills :
Prefer Bachelor's Degree- Open to Associate's Degree & High School Diploma
Intermediate computer skills preferred.
Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Previous experience in a professional environment required.
Strong customer service orientation.
Flexibility to multi-task.
Demonstrate strong decision making and problem-solving skills in a collaborative manner.
Strong in written & verbal communication, organization, and project management.
Demonstrate initiative and team orientation
