**Founding Account Manager – High-Growth AI Startup (NYC / Remote)**

**What You’ll Do:**
- Own and manage key customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term success.
- Help clients maximize our AI solutions by leveraging automation tools like Zapier, Make, and other workflow automation platforms.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities (upsells, cross-sells, renewals).
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to optimize the customer experience.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Extremely smart, fast learner** – someone who can quickly understand complex systems and customer needs.
- Strong academic background (top university preferred, but not required).
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.).
- Some technical ability (basic scripting, API experience, or ability to troubleshoot integrations is a big plus).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
