Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to activation and upsell, fostering multi-year partnerships.
Advocate for customers by collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of useful solutions.
Customer Advocacy
Validate product ideas by proving their usefulness to customers.
Build trust with customers by solving their problems, even when the product isn’t fully developed to meet their needs.
Proactive Engagement
Identify customer challenges proactively and address them with optimal solutions.
