Zearch are delighted to be helping an exciting NYC based AI/API platform that are going through an exciting phase of growth. They are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager to lead the effort to deliver exceptional experiences to their expanding client base. This is a unique opportunity to build the Customer Success function from the ground up, working directly with the company founders, engineers, and growth and sales teams. Your contributions will shape the foundation of the customer experience in an AI-native landscape and position you for rapid career growth into leading the function at one of NYC's fastest-growing startups.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine customer success strategies, processes, and workflows while working in close partnership with the founders and teams across engineering, growth, and sales.
- Enhance and streamline onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and impactful start for customers.
- Leverage automation tools to build efficient workflows that improve customer experience and operational productivity.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve success and derive maximum value from our clients solution.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvement and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Engineering, and Sales, to align on customer success initiatives and drive execution.
- Analyze customer data and KPIs to identify trends, improve processes, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- A strong educational background, ideally with a degree from a reputable college, that demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role at a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence to foster client relationships and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in using workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Clay. Coding skills are a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill insights from quantitative and qualitative data to guide decision-making.
- Clear and structured thinking, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and see projects through to successful completion.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and work seamlessly across all levels and functions within the organization.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a passion for learning and adaptability.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce, and other business systems, or a strong desire to learn them.
- Experience designing programmatic workflows using code or low-code tools.
- Background in high-growth startups or technology companies.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
