We are hiring for an exceptional senior Business Operations Manager at an early stage AI company in the heart of NYC. This person will be very hands on when it comes owning a lot of Marketing activities too. IE. ABM, Lead Generation and Growth Marketing. This person will help our client scale and execute on an ambitious growth strategy.
The Role:
As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, identify growth opportunities, and execute high-impact projects across business units. With your marketing expertise, you’ll also play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and brand positioning efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and can seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations:
- Partner with leadership to define and drive key business priorities, KPIs, and operational improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize processes, improve scalability, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and optimize digital strategies.
- Analyze customer acquisition data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Contribute to the development of content, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
-Own ABM
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, including go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and maintain dashboards to track operational and marketing performance metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
About You:
We’re looking for a results-oriented, data-driven problem solver who’s passionate about making an impact. You should bring a balance of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and operational know-how.
Qualifications:
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution (business, economics, or related fields preferred). MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-4 years in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing or growth-related roles within a startup or high-growth environment a bonus
- Exposure to the AI/tech sector is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (a plus), and marketing analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
