Learning Center Director
Zebra Robotics is looking for a dynamic Learning Center Director to oversee our center’s operations. The Center Director will be responsible for the overall management of the center, including staff recruitment, hiring procedures, training, and development. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or business and a passion for providing high-quality services to prospective and current students.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor the Zebra team with professional maturity
- Pre-employment background check is required
- Core work hours are Monday to Thursday 12 PM – 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM-4 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve established sales targets by generating a steady stream of new enrollments while ensuring retention of existing students
- Optimal organization of facility for maximum utilization, cleanliness and safety
- Work through Coach schedule for Camps and Classes ensuring timely resolution of last-minute conflicts and availability
- Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration and billing
- Handle queries on curriculum and counsel parents and students on course offering
- Interact with coaches to understand student performance and communicate with parents
- Work with school Parent Teachers Associations, 3rd party advertisers and marketing agencies to strategically target potential students.
- Inspire others: become a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through your team
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Knowledge of marketing; Solid customer/client service; Strong organizational skills; Excellent communication skills; Self-motivated; Team player who can work well under pressure; College degree preferred
