Door Attendant

Overview
The Door Attendant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting Zebra. This position involves greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Monitor the entrance to ensure security and manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the property.
• Collaborate with front of house team and management to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, including handling guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area, ensuring it is welcoming at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Skills

• Background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
