Position Overview:
The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events, networking opportunities, and client appreciation initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and marketing skills to enhance Zee Construction's brand visibility and foster meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize company-sponsored events, industry networking mixers, and community outreach initiatives.
- Vendor & Venue Coordination: Source and secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary vendors for successful event execution.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Plan and execute exclusive appreciation events to strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media campaigns, and event invitations.
- Budget Management: Ensure events are executed within budget while maintaining high-quality experiences.
- Logistics & On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless operations.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect feedback, analyze event success, and recommend improvements for future events.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field (experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in event design and execution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in event planning software and social media platforms.
