Remote On-site Requirement Travel – 1 week a month on site
- 3 trips of the 3 month contract Shifts : 5x8's, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm PST (if candidate lives in a different time zone, they are still expected to work PST hours)
Education : Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in information systems, computer science, or related field. Additional related experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis, up to four (4) years.
Experience : 3 years OnBase, EPIC, and PB experience
The OnBase System Administrator will be one of the primary areas of responsibility for this selected individual. The analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our OnBase document management system with our implementation of Epic. They will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and leverage OnBase functionalities to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsible for the maintenance, modification, implementation, and process customization of and training for mission critical, enterprise-wide software application(s), as well as participating in or providing technical direction for assigned initiatives or projects. Responsibilities require the use of tact, discretion, and independent judgment and to have full and thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices, procedures, and policies of assigned function.
This role is anticipated to support from current needs through the implementation, stabilization period and maintenance post implementation.
