Are you an experienced medical receptionist? Do you love speaking with patients on the phone? Are you excited to join a fast growing, growth oriented mental healthcare practice? Zeeva is a psychotherapy practice based in California and Nevada, and we are now hiring a medical receptionist to join our team! The medical receptionist would work alongside our client care coordinator, billing team, and operations coordinator. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication. The medical receptionist must have excellent customer service skills and lots of kindness and patience. Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and creating workflows and efficiencies. Must have excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities include : Schedule appointments for new patients Responding to emails and voicemails Managing therapists' schedules Manage patient EHR profiles Process client records requests and data Track weekly KPIs Assist with medical billing tasks, including verification of insurance coverage Handle client complaints Basic knowledge and understanding of therapy practices, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, etc. Requirements : 2-3 years of experience as a medical receptionist Experience in healthcare setting required Must be very resourceful Very strong verbal and written communications skills (in English) a must Technology proficient Excellent organization and communication skills required Thrive on being busy and enjoy working in a busy and face paced environment Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Must align with our mission and core values ~Our Purpose~ Zeeva Care was created by a group of psychotherapists banded together with a shared purpose. This is a remote, work from home position, that requires that you work 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time.
