LEAD CARPENTER
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team!
Qualified candidates should have at least 8 years experience in the construction field. A strong background of leading a crew in the construction industry, with a desire to excel in their position.
Applicants should have experience in:
- Trim
- Cabinetry
- Flooring
- Mechanicals
- Roofing
- Siding
- Doors and Windows
- Rough Framing
Qualified candidates must be capable of:
- Ordering and managing materials
- Keeping inventory of tools and equipment
- Achieving project completion within timelines
- Leading a crew of 1-3 people to create the most time and cost efficient workflow
- Multi-tasking
- Problem solving
- Run daily job site operations
- Coordinate planning with Project Managers
- Maintaining a positive attitude when faced with adversity
- Conducting themselves in a professional and courteous manner
