ERP Analyst/SQL Developer/Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Analyst / SQL Developer / Project Manager to manage and optimize our ERP system while developing and executing SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP platforms in a manufacturing environment, a strong grasp of SQL, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support business operations. Additionally, this role involves project management responsibilities, ensuring ERP-related projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the ERP system to ensure seamless business operations.
• Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and system integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP and database solutions.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and improving system workflows.
• Integrate the ERP system with other business applications using SQL and APIs where necessary.
• Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop documentation and best practices for ERP processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 3 years experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, other major ERP platforms).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, reporting, and database management.
• Understanding of database structures, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams from all departments within the organization.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports) is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and APIs for system integrations is a plus.
• Project management experience, including handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain ERP modules.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
