At Zeitner & Sons, Inc., our primary focus is on truckload transportation, with an emphasis

on temperature-controlled products. We have been in business for over 35 years and from

pickup to delivery, we take pride in providing transportation solutions that work!

Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Dispatcher with experience in the field.

A motivated individual that is interested in career advancement. Below are the main

responsibilities for the position:

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers daily to book freight.
• Answer Telephones.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers.
• Collaborate with management to modify daily deliveries to accommodate the

needs of customers.

• Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work to

establish new routes in a timely fashion.

• Work well in a team environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes the occasional evening,
• weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Prior dispatching experience is preferred.
• Experience with TMW / Trimble Software is beneficial.
