As a Roofing Analyst you will use our Insights platform to review drone imagery (“assets”) of roof structures and building facades/exteriors and provide a thorough and robust analysis of current conditions. Analysis includes the identification of anomalies and other pertinent issues that are either presently affecting the roof and facades or have the potential to negatively impact the roof/building over time. Again, using our Insights tool, you will also prepare professionally worded, short summaries based upon your analysis of the assets. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs.
Responsibilities:
- Take action on assignments that are ready and available for production in the Operations pipeline
- Utilize proper software tools, channels, and workflows to follow standard procedures
- Tasks include but are not limited to: handling emails/tickets in Zendesk, inspecting and annotating assets and preparing reports in English that are professional and comprehensive
- Ability to work off-hours to get the job done
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of roofing/building construction, terminology and materials. Knowledge base could stem from construction, property inspection and/or property insurance claims backgrounds
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (Office suite, Slack, Google)
- Must have and use own computer
