- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings on a daily basis, collaborating with colleagues to address complex meeting requirements.
- Confirm meeting objectives, manage participant lists, and prepare necessary materials for all calendar engagements.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant and fellow administrative professionals to guarantee timely and appropriate communication with meeting participants.
- Follow up with communication materials as required and provide direct support to Executives and senior Sales Leaders as needed.
- Assist in project support and workflow coverage as directed by the Executive Assistant.
- Arrange travel and meetings in accordance with Zelis policies, ensuring all details are managed meticulously.
- Prepare presentation materials utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Process weekly expense reports efficiently.
- Draft memos, letters, and other correspondence professionally.
- Welcome visitors and ensure meeting sites are prepared appropriately.
- Maintain accurate calendars, contact lists, files, and contracts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
