Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Assist providers with the Zelis provider portal.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Identify and resolve caller issues.
- Address concerns with empathy.
- Listen actively and manage difficult callers.
- Submit tickets, reset passwords, unlock accounts, and explain services.
- Follow up on complaints and issues.
- Meet or exceed call center metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA.
- Prevent and address fraudulent activity.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Use software and tools effectively.
- Prioritize provider satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Active listening and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude for multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a structured environment.
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Motivated and energetic work ethic.
- Typing speed of 40 wpm.
- 1-2 years in call center/customer service.
- Preferred experience in financial or healthcare services.
- Bilingual/Spanish is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
