Dispatch / Load Planner/ Backhaul Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Backhaul/Load Planner/Admin to join our team. The Backhaul/Load Planner/Admin will be responsible for searching and booking backhauls by loads using Load boards and a net of current customers to assist getting out trucks back to WI/IL. This person will act as CSR for those customers and help operations coordinate transportation of goods and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Extreme Multi tasking is a must

Responsibilities:

- Book loads with Customers new and old
- Update TMW, DAT, Truck Stop, Company Excel Sheets and other portals
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues that may arise
- Approve Credit for new venders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain shipment records
- Coordinate with dispatchers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Utilize Samsara systems to track shipments in real-time

Experience:

- Previous experience in load planning, fleet management, or supply chain operations preferred
- Familiarity with TMW, DAT, and Samsara software is a plus
- Knowledge of Booking Loads, Shipping, DOT Regulations and Receiving processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various Co-workers and Customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

This position offers the opportunity to work in a Fast Paced logistics environment and contribute to the smooth operation of transportation services. You must be located in Wisconsin and be able to commute to work. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
