The Role:

• Lead and manage painting crews to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget
• Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure quality work
• Provide daily client updates and ensure top-notch customer service
• Manage painter performance and job site efficiency
• Communicate with leadership and proactively report materials/tools needed
• Perform quality checks and ensure everything meets our high standards
• Conduct job close walk-arounds with clients to guarantee satisfaction
• Read and execute work orders/quotes to ensure scope is followed
• Plan and prepare for each job with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
