The Role:
- Lead and manage painting crews to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget
- Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure quality work
- Provide daily client updates and ensure top-notch customer service
- Manage painter performance and job site efficiency
- Communicate with leadership and proactively report materials/tools needed
- Perform quality checks and ensure everything meets our high standards
- Conduct job close walk-arounds with clients to guarantee satisfaction
- Read and execute work orders/quotes to ensure scope is followed
- Plan and prepare for each job with attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
