Location: Kearny, AZ
Contract: 6 Month (with strong possibility for extension)
Pay Rate: $26/hour to start (negotiable)

Position Overview:
As a Supply Chain Tracking Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations. You will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of critical material, from initial reorder requests through to final receipt at the warehouse. Your goal will be to ensure that our mining operations run without interruption by guaranteeing materials are available at the right time, in the right condition, and in the right quantity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and follow up on material requirements initiated by warehouse planners.
- Track purchase orders created by the Purchasing team to align with operational needs.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors to confirm order placements and shipment timelines.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to confirm receipt of materials and manage discrepancies.
- Work with various business units and procurement to streamline integration solutions.
- Expedite overdue purchase orders and escalate critical delays as necessary.
- Analyze historical data to recommend optimal inventory levels, preventing supply chain disruptions.
- Generate reports on supply chain performance and key tracking metrics.
- Uphold the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety program in alignment with best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management.
- Familiarity with data related to Supply Chain, Mining, Purchasing, Finance, or Planning.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, from procurement to warehouse receipt.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills to coordinate between departments and vendors.
- A problem-solving mindset to proactively address potential supply chain bottlenecks.
- Fluent in English.
