Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager of Executive Experiences to be the driving force behind the success of our executive engagements at Zendesk. This role will be responsible for creating world-class, tailored experiences for executives globally across meetings and events.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategize, design, and deliver bespoke experiences for executives globally, including at flagship events, meetings at Zendesk headquarters or at customer and prospect locations, as well as intimate executive engagements.
- Develop innovative experiences for both in-person and virtual engagements to align with key objectives and audience needs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align executive experiences with broader business goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for the onsite experience for executive stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience throughout the entire customer or prospect engagement journey.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for executive engagements, including venue selection and preparation, catering, agenda planning, speaker coordination, and on-site / virtual execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure premium-quality experiences.
- Understand the unique needs of executive-level audiences to deliver tailored, impactful experiences that foster deeper connections with the Zendesk brand.
- Act as a trusted advisor for internal teams engaging with executive audiences, providing guidance and insights for effective communication and relationship-building.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for executive experiences, leveraging data to analyze outcomes and optimize future engagements.
- Gather feedback from participants and internal stakeholders to continuously refine and elevate the executive experience program.
Qualifications
The US annualized base salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$148,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
Hybrid : In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
