Title : Litigation Support I Department : Claims Bargaining Unit : NBU Grade : N / A Position Type : Non-Exempt Hours per Week : 40 Position Summary Litigation Support I provides data support to projects related to confidential client information in claims litigation in accordance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and client needs. "Has minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by Job Description / Role." Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Pulls reports, images, and data as requested by project lead.
- Performs redaction to data files as requested by project lead.
- Coordinates and tracks assignments to ensure deadlines and data requirements are met.
- Assists in preparing files and spreadsheets for submission to client.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience working in an administrative role.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office tools and applications. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a third-party administrator or in a Taft-Hartley environment.
- Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.
- Prior experience with databases, large datasets, and queries.
