Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of IT solutions for dental offices across the U.S. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication, organization, and project management skills. You will oversee the entire IT integration process—from the initial consultation to the final handoff to our help desk team—ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Proposal Development:
- Schedule and conduct initial calls with dentists to understand their IT needs.
- Customize IT proposals based on each practice’s unique requirements.
- Present pricing and proposals to clients and follow up to close deals.
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Ensure all IT equipment pricing is up to date on a monthly basis.
- Manage the entire IT integration process, including:
- Ordering and tracking delivery of equipment.
- Coordinating with general contractors and ensuring necessary permits are obtained.
- Overseeing installation by Zenith’s onsite team.
- Schedule and coordinate travel for Zenith’s onsite implementation team.
- Ongoing Client Support & Equipment Requests:
- Stay on top of internal equipment requests for existing clients, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Work closely with the support team to provide seamless IT solutions for both new and existing dental offices.
- Post-Implementation Handoff:
- Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing IT support with the Zenith Help Desk team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to confidently interact with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of IT, including networking, hardware, and software used in dental practices.
- Experience working with CRM software and proficiency in navigating IT systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges.
- Prior experience in IT project management, dental IT, or healthcare technology is a plus.
