- Train and mentor bar staff on food preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings and banquet services.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or as a Bar Manager in a casual dining or quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management related to bar operations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Familiarity with banquet services is preferred but not required.
