Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Process cash register transactions accurately, handling payments with care.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of culinary presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Uphold restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards is advantageous.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
