Position Summary:
Zenith Logistics Inc., is a third party distribution center that operates the Kroger warehouse. The safety supervisor oversees the safety program for over 800 associates.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Incident investigations
2. Visibility on the warehouse floor
3. Implement the injury protocol
4. Conduct safety site visits
5. Generating and communicating safety alerts
6. Coaching supervisors on safety topics

8. Assisting facility with reduction of recordable injuries through leading indicators and interactions

Salary Range is $55,000 - $60,000
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work any shift.
- Valid driver’s license
