In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to create, implement, and enhance high-performance trading algorithms and tools, with a focus on leveraging machine learning techniques. You will thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric environment where problem-solving, innovation, and critical thinking are essential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Algorithm Development : Design, implement, and optimize advanced trading strategies in partnership with researchers and traders.
- System Architecture : Build and sustain high-performance, low-latency trading systems and infrastructure to support our trading operations.
- Data Analysis : Analyze and process vast datasets, deriving insights that guide trading decisions and strategy enhancements.
- Optimization : Continuously improve algorithm performance and system efficiency, prioritizing scalability, speed, and accuracy.
- Collaboration : Work together with quants, traders, and engineers to understand their requirements and translate those into effective technical solutions.
- Technology Stack : Employ modern technologies, including Python and / or C , as well as distributed systems, to create scalable and efficient solutions.
- Research & Innovation : Play a role in developing new trading models, tools, and systems that give our firm a competitive market advantage.
Preferred Qualifications :
Our team members typically earn high six figures or more annually (all cash) and significantly contribute to the firm's profits. Compensation includes potential bonuses and equity opportunities. Our hybrid working model requires three days in the office and two days remote.
