Key Responsibilities :
Archer Platform Administration :
- Install configure and maintain the RSA Archer platform.
- Manage Archer applications data feeds reports dashboards and workflows .
- Apply patches upgrades and security updates.
User Access & Security :
Manage user roles permissions and access controls .Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices .Customization & Configuration :
Develop and modify Archer applications reports and dashboards .Configure workflows notifications and access control mechanisms.Create and manage data feeds and integrations with other systems.Support & Troubleshooting :
Provide technical support to users and resolve issues.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any Archerrelated problems.Compliance & Governance :
Ensure adherence to GRC best practices .Work with risk compliance and audit teams to enhance Archers capabilities.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
Experience :
X years of experience as an RSA Archer Administrator.Strong knowledge of GRC processes and best practices .Experience with Archer APIs integrations and data feeds .Understanding of risk management compliance and security frameworks .Technical Skills :
RSA Archer 6.x Administration and configuration.Experience in SQL JavaScript XML and API integrations .Knowledge of Active Directory LDAP and Single SignOn (SSO) .Soft Skills :
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Key Skills
