Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening and directing incoming calls as needed.
- Schedule and organize conference and meeting room bookings, ensuring proper capacity and technology requirements are met.
- Assist with event coordination and arrange catering services as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of conference rooms and office areas.
- Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, copying, scanning, and library assistance.
- Greet guests, monitor visitor access, and uphold security procedures.
- Notify the relevant team members of visitors' arrivals and direct them to the appropriate location.
- Track incoming deliveries, notify staff, and ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain inventory for reception area, kitchen, conference rooms, and office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures and customer service best practices.
- Comfortable working with a multi-line phone system.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
