ZenniHome is a volumetric factory home builder transforming the housing industry. We are seeking a dedicated Financial Plant Controller to manage all financial aspects within our manufacturing plant.
Job Summary:
The Financial Plant Controller will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance, inventory costing, valuation, and control. The role includes developing cost structures and drivers, and requires a strong background in manufacturing finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial compliance and controls within the plant.
- Manage inventory costing, valuation, and control processes.
- Develop and maintain robust cost structures and drivers.
- Collaborate with the corporate FP&A manager for comprehensive financial oversight.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drives cost improvement in the factory with the factory leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (7-10 years experience, 4-5 in manufacturing)
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance.
- Willingness to be based in Page, Arizona, or travel there for at least one week per month
Salary
$120,000 - $140,000 per year
