Zensar is seeking a Business Analyst (Enterprise Agreement(EA) , CCW AND CCW-R) and Documentation skills in RTP, NC, 100% Remote . This is open for Full time with excellent benefits and Contract Role as well with outstanding growth opportunities.

Job description:
- Knowledge of Cisco’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) , policies, and procedures and Documentation skills as well along with Domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with applications such as EAMP, EA workspace, CCW & CCW_R, and a basic understanding of downstream and upstream impacts.
- Analyze the service install base coverage of customers and provide resolutions for disputes.
- Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfillment/closure.
- Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes.
- Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies.
- Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Partners, IT & RPMs, etc., explain the problem statement, and work towards resolutions.
