About the Company:
The Project Coordinator will assist the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Construction Operations in all phases of construction, including permitting, pre-construction, construction, closeout, and turnover to the Building Management Company. This role involves contract administration, project coordination, and construction monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing the assigned duties with a high level of independence and professionalism.

Assist the SVP in planning and executing the workflow throughout the construction process, ensuring proper communication with construction teams. Upload plans to Procore and understand typical construction logs to support project management and documentation. Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed throughout the course of construction. Experienced in contract administration, including assembling subcontracts from provided documents and overseeing the execution of subcontracts. Resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
Responsibilities:

Minimal travel required between the corporate office and construction site locations.
