About the Company - An established e-learning solutions provider is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of accounts. The primary goals of this role are driving product adoption and managing renewals. While this is not a managerial or highly technical position, strong organizational and communication skills are critical. This hybrid role offers a chance to thrive in a dynamic environment amidst ongoing system and process transitions.


About the Role - Manage and nurture a diverse book of business (250 accounts), drive product adoption and ensure on-time renewals, collaborate closely with Support & Implementation teams, maintain strong relationships through proactive outreach and communication, adapt to evolving systems and metrics, helping to shape new processes.

Qualifications - Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management.


Required Skills - A go-getter attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and learn, ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment, strong organizational skills for handling a large portfolio of clients.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
