About the Role - Manage and nurture a diverse book of business (250 accounts), drive product adoption and ensure on-time renewals, collaborate closely with Support & Implementation teams, maintain strong relationships through proactive outreach and communication, adapt to evolving systems and metrics, helping to shape new processes.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
