Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager at Zenzap. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer needs, improving customer retention rates, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
