Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Specialist to join our team. The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all state and local licensing requirements, and regulations related to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of licenses, permits, and certifications required for the company’s operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Research and stay updated on licensing requirements and regulations in various jurisdictions.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain an organized database of licenses/renewals and related documents.
- Communicate with internal teams and regulatory agencies to address licensing needs or issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in licensing or regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Experience in the renewable energy or construction industry is a plus.
