As our executive chauffeur, you will be entrusted with ensuring prompt and top-quality transportation for our customers in our luxury vehicle. Responsibilities:

· Safely transport clients to their destinations within scheduled timeframes.

· Aid clients in loading and unloading luggage and other belongings.

· Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client contentment throughout the trip.

· Keep the assigned vehicle's interior and exterior clean and well-maintained.

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle.

· Strictly adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

· Maintain effective communication with dispatchers or team members regarding pick-up and drop-off details.

· Promptly report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance department as per company protocol and refrain from operating unsafe vehicles.

· Immediately notify authorities of any accidents or incidents in accordance with company policies.

· Complete all necessary paperwork, including route change sheets and vehicle repair requests, and submit them promptly to the relevant authority.

Qualifications:

· Candidates must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and maintain a spotless driving record specific to the state of employment.

· Prior experience as a professional driver (such as with Black Lane or Uber Black) for a minimum of one year is preferred, or the ability to obtain all necessary certifications to operate company vehicles.

· A continuous clean driving record that meets the company's standards is essential.

· Exceptional communication skills in English and a high level of professionalism are required.

· Thorough knowledge of the Greater Boston area and its surroundings is strongly desired.

· Candidates should exhibit impeccable grooming and attire.

· Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary.

· Adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, county, district, and contract-specific driver requirements, is mandatory.
