Summary of Responsibilities
Our controller will be a core member of the Caribou Creek and Ibex leadership team. This individual is a key financial leader responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations. They will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, and maintain strong internal controls. The controller will also ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, implement strategic planning, and lead the team to support the organization's financial goals and decision-making. Advancement opportunities include growth into the role of CFO.
Essential Functions
- Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate financial statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Compliance & Taxation : Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Audit Management : Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Financial Analysis : Provide insights to support decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management : Oversee liquidity for operations.
- Strategic Planning : Support long-term financial goals.
- Systems Management : Oversee financial software and processes.
- AP / AR : Accounts payable and receivable.
- Payroll : Confirm and track payroll for CC and Ibex teams.
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
Compensation
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
