Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage 3-4 concurrent luxury residential projects from pre-construction through completion averaging $250,000 (with potential projects up to $2-3 million)
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and exceptional quality standards
- Provide concierge-level client communication and relationship management
- Coordinate with trade partners and in-house carpenters
- Document project progress in Builder Trend
- Meet milestones tied to payment draws
- Handle changes in time and material jobs professionally
- De-escalate client concerns promptly and effectively
- 5 years high-end residential project management experience
- Patient, calm demeanor with excellent client relationship skills
- Tech-savvy with Builder Trend software experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional follow-through on client requests and commitments
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- $80,000-$90,000 base salary
- Performance-based quarterly bonus potential
