The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. COMPENSATION : The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).

Job Responsibilities

- Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent

- Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
- Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
- Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
- Rewards and recognizes employees
- Responsible for the training and development of the Maintenance and Grounds teams including hourly supervisors and employees.
- Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations
- Management of a team of 8
- Oversight and Management of a Work Order and / or CMMS system
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
- Basic understanding of Snow removal operations is highly desired, but not required
- Responsible for Maintenance and Grounds Operations at 3 Lake Tahoe Properties.
- Manages and Budgets effectively while reducing cost
- Owns the Safety Program with Daily and Weekly Safety Briefs and Observations
- Collaborates with all teams, particularly with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations leadership.
