We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Associate to join our team and drive sales efforts by building client relationships and generating new business.

Job Overview

The Remote Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients nurturing leads and developing sales strategies to meet company growth objectives.

This role involves engaging with clients via phone email and virtual meetings to present our services and close sales. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams the Sales Associate will play a critical role in driving revenue and supporting client success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Outreach :

Identify potential clients initiate contact and establish relationships through cold calling emails and virtual meetings.

Sales Pipeline Management :

Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects consistently following up to move leads through the sales cycle and secure new business.

Client Needs Assessment :

Understand client requirements by asking insightful questions offering tailored solutions and presenting relevant Zephyrus Engineering services.

Presenting and Closing Sales :

Deliver virtual presentations product demos and proposals that showcase our value proposition. Work to convert leads into customers through effective sales strategies.

Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Team :

Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and with the broader sales team to align on goals share insights and improve sales processes.

CRM Management :

Maintain accurate records in the CRM tracking interactions followups and sales activities. Update information regularly to provide realtime insights to the sales team.

Market and Competitor Research :

Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitors to refine sales pitches and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Education :

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

Experience :

2 years of sales experience preferably in a remote setting and in industries related to engineering construction or technical services.

SelfMotivation and Discipline :

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills :

Ability to influence decisionmaking processes overcome objections and close deals.

Proficiency with CRM Software :

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to track leads update records and manage the sales pipeline.

TechSavvy and Comfortable with Virtual Tools :

Familiar with digital communication tools (Zoom Microsoft Teams etc.) and sales software.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Engineering Construction or Related Fields

Experience in Remote Sales Roles

Demonstrated success working remotely in a sales capacity.

Proficiency with Data Analysis

Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
