About the Role & Your Impact
We are hiring a Installation Manager with operational experience designing, installing, and managing HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical upgrades. You’ll be the primary guide for homeowners throughout their home electrification project while collaborating with our Home Advisors, Engineers, and external contracting teams to deliver the best product and customer experience possible. Critically – you will be part of building a team that will change the paradigm of home comfort and efficiency across the country.
\n- 5 years in an operational role managing the installation of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related home energy systems
- Deep understanding and knowledge in one relevant trade.
- Strong project management experience, ideally managing installation processes and working across a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate and manage an installation process within a CRM (Hubspot or equivalent)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Licensed (or can become so quickly) in one of the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
- Experience negotiating with subcontractors and managing pricing
