About the Role & Your Impact
Zero Homes is hiring an Operations Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. In this critical role you will be responsible for core operations workstreams throughout our installation operations function and will touch nearly every part of our business. This role reports to the head of Field Operations. Field Operations is responsible for delivering home electrification projects to customers from contracting through project completion across multiple partner programs across the US. Field Operations manages our national contractor network, job fulfillment, logistics, quality, and the customer experience throughout installation.
In this role, you will:
-Learn how to scale operations from the ground up at an evolving, hyper-growth company
-Interface directly with customers to fulfill electrification projects
-Help run an efficient operations pipeline through contractor management, permit and doc submittal, and whatever else is needed to complete projects efficiently with high quality
-Support business transformation projects and ongoing process improvement
What You Bring
-2-4 years of experience in business operations, project management, field service, or any dynamic role in an operations context
-Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
-Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers
-Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite
-Familiarity with renewable energy products and services (Heat Pumps are a bonus!)

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
