What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Marketing Manager position at Zerorez, Inc.?
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Zerorez in 4-5 corporate-owned markets. You will also be a subject matter expert for an assigned marketing category, based on expertise. Providing insight, best practices and expertise on that marketing category for all Zerorez corporate owned locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing plans that align with Zerorez's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer insights, local market trends, and competitive landscape, using data to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
- Uphold and reinforce the Zerorez brand identity throughout the region, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience.
- Monitor brand perception and reputation, taking proactive measures to enhance brand image.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and measure the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Utilize media channels such as radio, TV, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and local events to reach and engage the target audience effectively.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze marketing spend and effectiveness to make data-driven decisions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Report on and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly analyze and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Marketing Channel Expert:
- Be the subject matter expert for a specific marketing channel. Provide insight, advice and expertise for assigned marketing channel efforts for all Zerorez corporate owned locations.
- Partner with other Region Marketing Managers to ensure best practice implementation and knowledge sharing across regions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 years of a track record of success in operational marketing
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Experience in the home services industry or related fields is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
