Soft & Hard Surface Cleaning Technician

We are seeking candidates to train in the Carpet, Upholstery & Hard surface Cleaning trade. To become technicians that will be responsible for being great customer service reps and consultants with a steady career. Experience cleaning carpets can be a huge plus as long as your coachable to do it our way.

This is a steam cleaning trade & consulting job.  The job has a base but pays you more based on the quality, volume & results of the work you complete.  Bad performance, attendance issues & generally non career focused job seekers are will be wasting their time applying here.  People who love working harder & smarter and getting paid more to do so while being graded on metrics thrive here.

If you are looking for a team that cares about growing and developing to grow in career and pay this is it. You NEED to be able to grow and learn to get yourself there but our trainers and senior techs will meet you halfway and provide all the training that you need to get there.  We only hire for people that can become top level in this industry, which is why we pay more.

This is a focus and performance job not a 9-5 clock in, clock out without thought job.  If you are looking for a job to hold you over for a little bit and it is not what you actually want to do, then you will wash out of the training program quickly and will waste your time.

We provide 4-5 weeks of paid training where you will receive valuable skills in high-level customer service, consulting, efficiency, communication, and of course the cleaning process, trade and use of large truckmounted cleaning machines. On top of that, we provide a very clear path for growth and promotability within the company. Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements :

• No truckmounted cleaning experience required but can be a plus.
• Customer Service and labor experience required.
• Consulting or honest storefront sales experience is a huge plus.
• Seeking a career long trade or already in the trade and want to work with a more advanced company.
• Career Mindset.
• Labor experience.
• Preference not to sit still all day is a plus.
• History of work experience with references required. We will check.
• Team player required.
• Growth mindset - Self-motivated and coachable required.
• Able to move and / or lift at least 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Integrity.
• No criminal record.
• Good driving record.
• Experienced driver with a valid license.
