What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at ZETA TAU ALPHA FRATERNITY & FRATERNITY HOUSING...?
This team member serves as the secondary graphic designer for Zeta Tau Alpha, assisting with various design needs, which could include print layout design, digital campaigns, organization promotional items, logo creation and the visual production of the quarterly magazine, Themis. They are instrumental in helping manage the ZTA brand and creating the visual identity of the organization.
Assist with Themis, ZTAs quarterly magazine.
Maintain all graphic files, including brand logos for the Fraternity and Foundation, image folders and vector art files.
Assist with product design and promotion of in-house boutique, Crown & Co.
Create digital assets for various social media campaigns.
Help design all print and digital collateral as needed for:
ZTA Foundation
ZTA Fraternity Housing Corporation
Extension opportunities
In-house departments
Large-scale events such as Convention, Officer Leadership Academy and Summer Leadership Academy
Create and follow production schedules for large print projects and coordinate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize tasks in work management platform, Asana.
Qualifications & Key Attributes
Bachelors degree required, preferably in graphic design or related field
At least two years of professional experience designing for print and digital. This may include internships
Ability to think creatively and critically, balance diverse tasks and manage projects from multiple entities
Ability to relocate to Carmel, Indiana if necessary
Experience in Microsoft Office and a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Procreate skills are a plus
