To achieve our vision, we are searching for Music Teachers with a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1-2 years of teaching experience, and mastery of music.

Responsibilities :

• Execute a vision of excellence in music, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire passion and joy in all students.
• Build a classroom culture that fosters students’ genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families.
• Assist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed.
• Use data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement.
• Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educator.
• Lead a strong after-school music program that furthers students' passion and skill set.

We are hiring for an immediate start date and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching in a lead capacity in a school and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
