Role Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will monitor, respond to, and follow up on alarm activity and customer requests effectively and professionally. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service in response to incoming requests and inquiries.
- Proficiently verify and dispatch alarms to police and fire agencies.
- Work within defined company and Central Station policies.
- Maintain and meet minimum quality and production standards.
- Process basic data changes to customer accounts.
- Multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and contribute positively to a strong team environment.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, computer, and phone skills.
- Successfully pass the CSAA Level 1 certification after 90 days of employment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
