Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Paralegal with experience in corporate compliance, commercial contract management, and working with customer and vendor contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Review
- Assist in reviewing and revising commercial contracts with vendors and customers, including construction and subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure contract terms align with company risk tolerance and compliance standards.
- Work closely with legal counsel to manage contract lifecycle processes using Salesforce, DocuSign, and other agreement automation tools.
General Corporate, Compliance & Risk Mitigation Support
