Zeus Jones is looking for a full-time, Minneapolis-based staff Talent & People Operations Manager with 5 years experience.

Candidates should have some background in a creative environment or in a role focused on people operations, employee experience, DEIJ, workload balancing and capacity management, recruitment programs and hiring, and/or programs and partnerships. Experience with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Mac Software (OS, Keynote, Pages, Numbers) and Box are preferred so you can quickly jump in.
Job Definition:
Talent Coordination and Capacity Management
- Collaborate with the cross-functional staffing team to match internal talent to upcoming projects based on expertise and growth opportunities.
- Manage and resolve resource booking conflicts; Discuss potential projects 1:1 with individuals.
- Ensure internal systems for workload management and capacity management are kept up to date and (reasonably) accurate.
- Keep an organized and real-time system to understand the current project pipeline and upcoming needs; Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
Employee Hiring, Development, Feedback & Growth
- Initiate and orchestrate annual reviews and employee performance conversations (setting up meetings, providing stimulus for talent reviews, and managing the process) to ensure it happens as planned.
- Closely partner with leads of discipline teams on growth plans, and best ways to support. Including external partnerships, teaching and mentoring opportunities as well as training and learning opportunities.
- Closely liaison with our HR, Office Management, and Technology teams on employee needs and support as required.
- Lead the workflow for hiring for open positions.
- Lead on special projects related to compensation, rewards and benefits, company documentation and resources, and other cross-functional initiatives with the HR and Finance team.

- Refine and evolve philosophy, programs, partnerships, and policies that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture, ensuring equitable opportunities for growth, engagement, and belonging across all levels of the organization.
- Initiate and orchestrate annual tracking against goals and benchmarks.
Build and Maintain a Talent Network & Partnerships
- Proactively builds on a pre-existing network of contacts; Keep a short list of prospects and matches to projects.
- Develop partnerships with relevant academic & cultural institutions.
- Attend select recruiting events and identify talent that would be a fit for Zeus Jones.
- Support in vetting inquiries with new talent; leading conversations and adding new contacts based on the capability and talent portfolio needs.

Salary range is $85,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
