The Key Account Manager, Aftermarket OES will be responsible for maintaining ZF as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions of the NA aftermarket account. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities.

What you can look forward to as an OES Key Account Manager

  • Lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests
  • Execute sales growth strategies. Drive and support key account initiatives
  • Ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, expectations and requests and communicate these throughout our organization
  • Strengthen the account team fulfilling all internal and external expectations
  • Maintain product development strategies in the BU’s to fulfill customer and market needs
  • Support all negotiations with the customers
  • Deliver consistently high service levels across the value chain from product development, through manufacturing, to delivery
  • Build customer relationships across all levels

Your Profile as an OES Key Account Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • 6 years of progressive experience in OE sales or a related sales field. Commercial vehicle experience is required.
  • Deep understanding of commercial vehicle business, market trends, & innovation. Aftermarket experience is strongly preferred.
  • Technical/Sales background as well as solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams with high levels of ambiguity/uncertainty, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic & critical thinking required, with the ability to draw a vision for the account
  • High level of authority with strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time (annually)
